5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely information

  • Approving campaigns and strategies

  • Reviewing deliverables within agreed timeframes

Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds.

6. Subscription or Ongoing Services (if applicable)

For recurring services:

  • Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle

  • No refunds are issued for already billed periods

7. Exceptional Cases

We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, including:
