5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate and timely information
Approving campaigns and strategies
Reviewing deliverables within agreed timeframes
Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds.
6. Subscription or Ongoing Services (if applicable)
For recurring services:

Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle
No refunds are issued for already billed periods
7. Exceptional Cases
